So we love Tampa Bay fishing and pretty much everything that is related to boating and water-sports. But when we’re not out on a boat, we love other outdoor recreational sports too…like riding an ATV. I mean, if you want some hoot-and-hollering fun, look no further than thrill-packed ATV ride.
And winning a free ATV would be pretty much awesome.
A free ATV? Yeah, it’s no joke! You could be the winner of a brand-new 2011 Grizzly 450 ATV made by Yamaha Motors. Yamaha is giving big ups to the National Fishing and Hunting Day by sponsoring an online sweepstakes where one supporter can win a brand-new Grizzly ATV. This is the ultimate four-wheeler! It is number one in durability and the most off-road capable ATV out there. You can take on some serious rock piles and mud puddles with this bad boy.
Now, in order to make this beauty of an ATV yours, all you have to do is enter the sweepstakes. You can only enter once during the entire submission period, so make sure you dot your i’s and cross your t’s (in the digital sense that means to make sure you fill in all required fields!) The contest closes on September 30th and then they will notify the winner by overnight mail. So make sure you fill in your correct mailing address – don’t use a bogus one or your entry will be bogus too. So, what are you waiting for? Enter the sweepstakes now!
National Hunting and Fishing Day is observed on the fourth Saturday of September. In 1972, President Nixon signed the first proclamation of National Hunting and Fishing Day, urging citizens to join with outdoor sportsmen to use natural resources wisely so they are preserved for future generations. NHF Day remains to be a successful grassroots effort that promotes outdoor sports and conservation.
So, this Saturday, September 24th, make sure to do something outdoorsy. Go out fishing on your boat or maybe even take a ride on an ATV. We’ll keep you posted on any local events that will be taking place on NHF Day!
Good luck outdoorsmen and women!
