Grady-White Boats Honors Cannons with Silver Anchor Award for 2015!

It’s time to give ourselves a pat on the back! Kudos to us for ranking second in the world for Grady-White sales and customer service for the model year of 2015! We have earned the Grady-White Boats’ Silver Anchor Award for Outstanding Sales and Customer Satisfaction and were also recognized with membership in the Grady-White Boats Admiral’s Circle for the model year 2015. This will be our 17th year in a row that we have earned this prestigious accolade.
Lucile Miller, our co-owner, is very pleased with the worldwide ranking. “We are number two in the world,” she exclaims. “This is amazing accomplishment of the team and the community’s trust in both the Cannons Marina brand and the Grady-White brand.”
The Silver Anchor Award for Customer Satisfaction signifies that Cannons Marina is one of the top two ranking dealers in customer satisfaction index scores among all of the Grady-White Boats dealers worldwide. We also earned the prestigious Admiral’s Circle Award which is reserved for the top dealerships in the Grady-White network that have achieved at least $2 million in retail sales for the model year plus have earned Grady-White’s Customer Service Excellence award with customer satisfaction index scores of at least a 9.5 on a 10 point scale as rated in actual customer surveys.
