I had Cannons Marine perform the 100 hour service on my Yamaha Twin XF425 outboard motors. They are relatively new (this is the first 100 hour service) and this model is also relatively new (only in the market a couple years). Cannons Marine is a Yamaha 5-Star Certified Service Center, so my expectation is that they know what they are doing; period. What impressed me was their efficiency in all respects. Providing the estimate/quotation for the work, scheduling, accuracy of the scheduling, use of contemporary online technology , performing the work on-time – all went without a hiccup. The price was quoted up front, and the bill was exactly as quoted – and I felt it was an extremely fair price. The work team were respectful of my boat (my baby!!!) and even gave it a quick wash-down before giving it back to me. In spite of the shop being a 45 minute ride (by water) from my dock, they are going to continue to be my “go to guys” for service!!!
